Very important lesson. When I bought my brand new Honda Accord in 2015, I bought by cash. My philosophy is simple. If you can’t afford it then don’t deserve it. Some people told me you are weird. Everyone is buying by taking bank loan, why should I buy by cash. I told them, I want to have a simple life and I don’t want to take any burden.
