There is no better way than napping for being productivity. I have been working from home for over 11 years. I usually take a short nap in the afternoon, 15 to 30 minutes. And it boosts my productivity. Before working from home, when I used to go to the office, I still remember, after lunch, I used to feel very sleepy in office and it was hard to do anything creative like writing computer code.
Now whenever I feel tired, I try to nap. Even when I go for a long drive, if I feel a little bit tired, I park my car somewhere and closed my eyes for a few minutes. It really helps!
