I also deactivated my Facebook and Instagram 5 days ago. I discovered my sleep is improved. I used to check my Facebook feed before bedtime, which was a bad habit.

I want to detox for at least one month; then, if I reactivated my Facebook, I would clean up and only have connected with few people. But right now, I am living better without Facebook and Instagram.
