Recently Apple AppStore App Review team rejected one of my app’s update. The name of the app is Happy Birthday Greetings. Before it got rejected, one of their review team accepted the updates 1 week ago before the last rejection. Then I fixed a bug and again submitted. But at this time they rejected by showing me design spam cause.
According to their new reply, they are saying as I have some other apps which might need to make as container, thats why they are rejecting my all other apps which don’t have problem. This is totally new and totally insane.
This Happy Birthday Greetings app is totally unique app of mine, thats mean I don’t have any other app in the store derived from this app’s codebase or design. I explained them angrily and their response is like robotic. They are destroying the indie app business in app store. Just checkout their and my response in the following conversation. Now I am waiting for their phone call and lets see what they wants.

Guideline 4.3 — Design
Your app provides the same feature set as many of the other apps you’ve submitted to the App Store; it simply varies in content or language. Creating multiple Bundle IDs of the same app is not appropriate.
To resolve this issue, please combine apps with similar feature sets into a single “container” app. You should differentiate varied content within your app by categorizing elements into groups, using the in-app purchase API, and location services to deliver content to users.
Once you have done so, please reply to this message via Resolution Center indicating the app name and Apple ID of any “container” apps submitted under your Apple Developer Program account.

Are you guys mad? This is the unique app among all of my other apps. Why sometimes some of you guys make stupid decision. This app even updated 1 week ago without issue. Let me know what other app you found is similar like this among all my apps.

Thank you for your resubmission.
We still found that your account shares the same or similar feature set of other apps you’ve submitted to the App Store. This issue isn’t specific to single app or a single type of apps, but it does affect a number of your apps that should be consolidated into a single bundle app sharing the same or similar feature set.
More specifically, we found that your apps only vary in content, which is not appropriate for the App Store. You should consolidate your existing apps, as well as any new apps that you submit. Since your app provides the same or similar feature set as other apps you’ve submitted to the App Store, only varying slightly in content, this is not in compliance with Guideline 4.3 of the App Store Review Guidelines. For those instances where it doesn’t seem appropriate to consolidate all of your apps into one, it would also be acceptable to consolidate your apps by theme, category of app, industry, etc.
Please combine apps with similar themes and feature sets into a single “container” app, and implement native UI to switch between the different content or language.
Once you have consolidated your apps, please reply to this message to indicate the app name and Apple ID of any “container” apps submitted under your Apple Developer Program account.
